Replacement/Exchange Policy:

All books can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, with the following exceptions:

  • Items that have been used or opened.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was originally received.
  • Items received by Booqor in a damaged condition.

We take careful steps to ensure that all items reach you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit, have manufacturing defects, or you may receive the wrong product.

In such instances, we will replace the item at no additional cost, provided the request for replacement or return is made within the time frame outlined below. Returns or replacements will not be accepted after the order is processed unless for the reasons stated above.

To request a replacement, please email us your Order Number along with the reason for the return. Only after receiving our confirmation should you send the item back to us. We will arrange the replacement through our logistics partner. Please note, we are not responsible for any items returned without our prior confirmation. Refund Policy:

A full refund will be issued if the product is unavailable or we are unable to ship the order. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after we have received the returned items.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 7 days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.

The customer is responsible for arranging the return and ensuring the item is sent back to us at the provided return address. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
